When you decide — day of week
The process
Connect once. Everything else happens behind the scenes. No maintenance, no logins, no manual input — ever.
One
Gmail and Outlook both supported. Read-only access to your sent items — your inbox is never browsed independently. Disconnect and wipe your data at any time from the same page.
Two
Most emails aren't decisions. Scheduling, acknowledgements, small talk — all filtered out. Seam looks for the signal: committing, choosing, directing, declining. Only the decision layer is kept.
Three
A structured analysis lands in your inbox — no login required to read it. Patterns in timing, confidence, topic, and who you involve. Free accounts receive an annual preview. Pro members get the full picture every month.
What Seam surfaces
Every pattern is computed from your data — no LLM involved until the narrative step. The numbers are exact.
Pattern 01
When you make decisions matters. Seam maps decision density by day of week, time of day, and month — and flags any window where your confidence score is measurably different from your baseline.
e.g. “Friday afternoon decisions show confidence 0.11 below your weekly average”
Pattern 02
Scores each decision on a 0–1 scale based on the certainty of the language used, then tracks how that score moves across the period. A declining curve is a signal worth noticing.
e.g. “Confidence fell 0.09 points from Jan to Jun — now recovering”
Pattern 03
How many decisions per week, and is that number accelerating or decelerating? Burst weeks and quiet weeks are flagged — they often correlate with high-pressure or low-engagement periods.
e.g. “Week 24 was your peak — 8 decisions. Current trend: decelerating”
Pattern 04
Vendor, career, commitment, strategic, financial. Decisions grouped by what they're actually about — and compared across periods for users with full history.
e.g. “Strategic decisions make up 38% of your total — up from 22%”
Pattern 05
Who you address decisions to, and what type of decisions go to which people. The useful question isn't email frequency — it's who appears specifically on decision emails.
e.g. “72% of strategic decisions are addressed to the same three people”
Pattern 06
Claude Opus reads the pattern summary and writes a structured interpretation — what it noticed, the evidence, and one question worth sitting with. Not advice. A mirror.
